| The credit cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. |

| Q: Do you offer financing? |

| We offer 90 days same as cash. We do not offer any gimmick-free financing for a year or two, because we want to keep our prices as low as possible. |

| Q: Do you haul off old furniture? |
|
| We can haul off the old furniture you are replacing. We do charge a $15.00 per item fee, which is the same price the waste company charges us. We make nothing on the deal. |

| Q: Do you sell the items on the floor? |
|
| If it is the last one we have, we will sell items on the floor. However, we try to keep additional pieces of each item in the warehouse and pull from that inventory first. |

| Q: How long will you hold an item(s)? |
|
| We can hold merchandise for you as long as you need. It usually takes 6-8 weeks to receive special-ordered items, but we can hold them until you are ready for them. |

| Q: Do you require a down payment on special orders? |
|
| We require a 20%, non-refundable down payment on each special-ordered item. |
|
| Q: How long does a special order take? |
|
| Most special orders take 6-8 weeks. Sometimes they come in a little faster, and other times it can take a little longer. We do not have any control over how fast the item ships from the manufacturer. When we receive your order, we get it to you as soon as possible. |
